VTC - Vertical Top Discharge Centrifuge integrated in Isolator

 

To process Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), FERRUM developed a Top Discharge Centrifuge to be integrated in a full containment system with isolator.

  • highest possible protection of personnel
  • smallest possible clean room volume for centrifugation and drying of API

FERRUM / WALDNER turn key system

  • Combination of FERRUM Centrifuge and  WALDNER  Vacuum Dryer and Isolator with inertisation system and control unit
  • Additional equipment such as weighing scale, milling, RTP (rapid transfer port)and further customized solutions for handling product after centrifugation can be provided
  • Highest protection of personnel (OEL<1µg/m³)
