FERRUM Continuous Pusher Centrifuges

High performance pusher centrifuges from FERRUM are continuously operating filter centrifuges (Escher Wyss® - FERRUM System). The slurry is fed continuously to the product acceleration disc via the filling pipe.

The solids are transported out of the centrifuge basket into the discharge channel, from where they leave the pusher centrifuge. The cake is cleaned in the centrifuge by adding washing liquid on to the solid cake.

FERRUM has delivered over 3500 pusher centrifuges for over 300 different product applications around the world.

FERRUM pusher centrifuges are divided into three main designs

• Pusher Centrifuge model PM-230: basket diameter 230 mm
• Pusher Centrifuge model P-32 - P-50: basket diameter 320 - 500 mm
• Pusher Centrifuge model P-60 - P-120: basket diameter 600 - 1200 mm
